Wind pose yoga

1. Wind pose yoga

This is the best asana to get relief from bloating and flatulence. To do this, lie down on your back, bend your knees and place your hands on your knees. Exhale and keep your knees on your chest. Move your knees from side to side, stay in this position for a few seconds. After that, inhale and loosen your grip to take your legs away from the stomach. Repeat this 10 times. As soon as you do this, gas will start coming out from your stomach and you will start feeling a little lighter.

One-legged spinal twist

2. One-legged spinal twist

Since you will do this posture from a sitting position, it will add to your stomach and the gas will come out of the stomach. To do this, sit with your legs extended. Bend your right knee and keep your heel close to your body. Place your palm on the floor. Keep the left elbow bent on the outside of the right knee. Do this no more than five times and deepen the stretch each time you exhale, then release the twist and repeat on the other side.

Ardh Bhekasan

3. Ardh Bhekasan

The word Bhekasan is made up of two words of the Sanskrit language. The first word is Bhek which means frog while the second word asana means to sit. Both the words have a mixed meaning, to sit like a frog. In Bhekasana, the back is stretched by folding it backward. Due to this, the gas from the body comes out faster. To do this, lie down on your stomach on a yoga mat. Slowly raise the head. The upper torso of the body will rest on your forearm. After this slowly bend the right knee. Grab the left leg with both hands and bring it to the hips. Turn your elbow towards the sky. Simultaneously, place your hands on your feet and slowly raise your chest upwards. Do not rush, do these steps very comfortably.

Apart from these yogasanas, keep in mind that eating more sour, spicy, spicy food, staying up till late at night, drinking less water, anger, anxiety, sitting in one place for a long time, etc. leads to gas formation and some Lentils and vegetables are also such, which make gas. Therefore, take care of all these things, so that you do not have problems related to gas, constipation, and sour belching at all.
